It’s Official!
I picked up our marriage license the other day. It’s official. Like young grapes growing on spring vine, we are starting the next chapter of our lives anew, as husband and wife.
Many have asked the million dollar questions such as “when are you moving to Vegas?”, or ”will John move to California?”
Well, if you have been following my blog for a while, or if you know me in real life, you would know that John is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I am in southern California. We commute during weekends to see each other. The situation is still the same, and will continue to be this way for the upcoming several months because of our jobs.
But, we have started to look for a house in Las Vegas, and when the right time comes, sweet changes will occure.
Now, if anyone out there has had the experience of working full-time, pursuing your passion full speed, actively involved in your community, keeping a blog, taking a class, taking care of a dog, and communiting to another state to see your sweetheart, and house shopping all at the same time, you should know it’s very busy time. That’s my life.
But, while being busy, John and I haven’t forgotten one super important matter, and that is…….
OUR HONEYMOON TRIP!!!
We are both avid travellers, so there’s no way we would skip our own honeymoon trip.
As I write this, I am counting down to the last 20 hours till our departure to our honeymoon trip!!! We’ll first spend 6 days in Taiwan for two more follow up wedding receptions (yes, 2 more) for our relatives and family friends who couldn’t make it to our wedding in the U.S. last month, then we’ll go to MALDIVES for a week afterwards.
Look, we’re staying here for seven nights!!!

ps: Sepcial note here. On our way to Maldive, we’ll also spend a day in Singapore. Yes, Singapore! So, my Singaporean online friends (Charine, Wan, Ling, and Kucinta), if you happen to read this before 5/28, please email me right away!!! Our stay in Singapore will be very brief and we’re not sure if we’ll carry a cellphone, but perhaps we can somehow arrange/sqeeze in a meet up?

What a great post. I spend hours on the internet reading blogs, about tons of different subjects. I have to first of all give kudos to whoever created your website and second of all to you for writing what i can only describe as an unbelievable post. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only a few posses and frankly you have it.
