Honeymoon in Maldives — Line fishing
Our resort offers various excursions — picnic on a deserted island, a romantic night in a hut on a deserted island, trip to a local village (which we did), an evening with a Maldivian family, sunset dinners at the lagoon…etc. The one excursion I enjoyed the most, and will definitely remember forever, is traditional Maldivian line fishing at sunset. What a noble idea to sail out to the Maldivian waters during glorious sunset hour to fish!
Here’s how it works. We boarded a dhoni which took us out to a spot that our guide had previously dove and discovered a rich school of big fishes. Once reaching our spot, each person were given a roll of thick line with a big hook at the end of it. Baits, which were pieces of fish, had already been prepared for us. All we had to do was to hook the bait onto the hook, find a spot at the edge of the boat, threw the bait and hook into water, and wait for action!
The wait wasn’t too long. I felt fish pulling my line very soon after I dropped the line. And, perhaps instead of being patient, sometimes one needs to be a little agreesive when it comes to fishing. John, being the gentle person that he is, was perhaps a little too gentle to catch anything.
Me, on the other hand, pull the line up hard each time I felt something, so I caught a total of 5 fishes!
This 11 lb red snapper was the biggest one I caught. It may not be a big fish for all the fishing experts out there, but hey it was quite challenging to pull up, and its sheer weight made me so happy!
It was big, heavy, and beautiful (in my eyes anyways).
What did we do with the biggest fish I’ve ever caught in my life thus far? We ate it for lunch the following day. The chefs at the resort could cook it whatever way we want, and we could choose to enjoy it at any of the three restaurants on the island, or in our room. So, we asked that it be grilled, with garlic butter, and we enjoyed it at a restaurant at the eastern tip of the island.
As with everyting else on the island, the restaurant was a superbly relaxing environment. It’s situated in a lush tropical green, its high canopy allowed air to flow through, it’s premise is paved with soft white sand, and its just steps from the water!
Here comes our big fish!
And here’s a picture of us with our big fish. This gives you a perspective of how big the serving is. It was a lot of fun to play with the sand under our feet while enjoying the meal too.
I once heard that the most tasty fish is the kind that you catch yourself. Yes I completely concur. We ate it all! It was a huge lunch.
After lunch, we follow this sandy path right at the edge of the restaurant for a relaxing stroll on the beach. How perfect was that?

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

It’s a personal loan. He should just go in to the credit union and apply for the loan. They will look at his income, current outstanding debt and credit report. If his current debt combined with the requested loan goes above a certain ratio (there is a standard, but each institution can use their own) they will deny the loan. If his credit score is low they will deny the loan. I wouldn’t suggest the low credit score loans, the rates are very high, the penalties for missing payments are very high and they don’t look very good on credit. The credit union only gets paid if they lend you money so they want to, and if they deny you, you REALLY don’t qualify and should wait until you do to avoid the penalties.

NNooo stay away from any substance. You want to look in shape then excercise. Do it the old fashion way. Don’t polute your body with junk. Hard work and dedication is what you need. Those enhancing substances should be left to those who are competing at a proffecional level and it should be superviced. It makes me laught how I see these big guys who think they are tough. They take one of my mma classes and they want to die. This is because they don’t train as they are suppose to. Is all chemical all false. The guys who do weight training but do it properly by spending the time and actually doing the work then do well. The other posers well, you can tell they are not really in shape. I mean yes, they look in shape but when you put them to the test they fail so ugly. Might as well wear one of those inflatable suits they use in the cartoons.
August 16th, 2010 at 1:05 am
I also have to wear rubber bands. I just keep my bag of rubberbands by my tooth brush so that when i brush my teeth i remember to put them on afterwards. And if it’s too hard to remember to do it at night, just do it during the day instead. Put some in your bathroom and maybe some in your backpack so that if you do forget you can put them on once you get to school. Good Luck! (:

No. If that were true I’d be more concerned about the microwaves leaking from the oven than the fact it’s slow. It may just be that the microwave emitter is wearing down.
August 17th, 2010 at 8:57 pm
Do you mean the rubber bands that connect your top and bottom teeth? AHH I HATED THOSE!!! =p. They are important, though. I wore mine for about six months. Maybe even less. You don’t NEED to wear them, the orthodontist just tells you to wear them because he believes that will correct your teeth alignment. It all depends on how ‘perfect’ you want your teeth to be after its all over. Stick with them though, they are annoying at first, but you will forget they are there soon.

I think it depends on the gift and how apparent it is that time went into it, my aunt made us a huge laundry basket by hand, his aunt made us a quilt and we love those. another one of his aunts stenciled our monorgram on a cheap frame and even though we like it, it seemed kind of cheap.

no a SEO only optimizes your pages to get higher rank. you have to pay the web designer to make the webpages, then the SEO will add extra coding that will compatibalize your webpage with serach engines in order to rank higher

Anything older with have lower insurance. I would stick to any asian imports like acura, honda, infiniti, nissan, toyota or lexus. These will cause you less of a headache in the long run. I would definetely check the Vehicle History first before deciding if your going to buy it or not. I always use CHEAPVINSEARCH.COM for Vehicle History Reports, they are really cheap, fast and very accurate information!

Get Syphon Filter because it is a really cool game, but if u don’t like shooting games then get Star Wars. I hav star wars for the 360 and my friend has it for psp. If u hav a 360 or ps3 then get star wars on that because the psp and the 360/ps3 versions are completely different and i think the 360/ps3 version is better because the psp version’s story is weird and the controls and graphics are awful.

I’ll assume you mean text-to-speech, where the voice reads you the street names. This is not a toggle switch, on or off. It is a feature of the voice itself. You must choose a voice with "TTS" in its name.

Hi Jim! I’ve been in dentistry for over 20 years. After a day or so remove them and begin your warm salt rinses. The best thing to do is brush them with a denture brush or soft tooth brush inside and out everyday. Be careful not to drop them as they can break. So put a wash cloth in the sink or a towel. Soak them at least 3-4 times a week in a water/denture tablet solution for about 1 hour. This will keep them fresh and from odors and food buildup. Dentures can stain easier than teeth, so when drinking lots of coffee, tea, wine or smoking, make sure you brush them and take good care if. Remember, they are made of plastic, so don’t scrub them like a kitchen floor, this will abrade them and cause marks. Just brush often and carefully and you will always have a nice smile. And use a warm salty rinse 3-4 times a day for the first week of healing and then every other day to keep your gums healthy. Remember to clean and rinse you mouth before putting in the dentures so they fit right and you may need several adjustments until the fit great. If you have any other questions, please ask. ~M

The best way I have found to increase my search engine ranking is by buying expired domains that already have a good pagerank and setting up a simple content site with a link to my real site. If you do this a few times you can first, get all the traffic that was once going to the domain’s old site and, second, get higher in the search engines for little or no money. It works like a charm every time. I had a buddy who did this out of his bedroom for years and he used to come up as number one in google for the word domain name, which means he outranked Network Solutions, GoDaddy and all those other big players. The best site I know of for finding expired domains with good pagerank is They are super cheap and come with free hosting.
